Aries performed the following remedial actions:
Groundwater remediation - Enhanced remediation using in situ chemical oxidation and enhanced anerobic degradation technologies; closure of six (6) off-site properties under the MCP.
Radiological Remediation - Radiological impacted soils removed for off-site disposal with closure approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Beneficial Outcome
Aries was able to assist the company with meeting regulatory requirements, by achieving the goal of removing known quantities of TSCA, RCRA & NRC regulated materials down to acceptable levels determined by the results of our ecological risk assessment and levels accepted by regulatory agencies.

AULs on this site continue to have certain requirements before being utilized/disturbed.
Ground water remediation ongoing injections are returning promising results with real measurable declines in chlorinated solvents on and off the site.
