Robert is an Environmental Engineer II, who has served as Resident Engineer for in-situ injections of chemical/biological reagents to address CVOC-impacted groundwater; excavation of subsurface soil, and treatment and removal of large industrial septic systems with 1,000 linear feet of associated piping, containing RCRA, TSCA, and NRC constituents of concern; and removal of petroleum-containing underground storage tanks. This required management of hundreds of post-excavation samples, preparation of field operation plans and engineering drawings, and oversight of remedial contractors to verify compliance with design specifications. He has also on a nationwide basis, obtained and managed Property Condition Assessments and ALTA surveys; authored dozens of ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Zoning Analysis Reports, and managed portfolios of these reports for hundreds of sites; performed construction review services for multi-family commercial properties; and conducted soil, groundwater, drinking water, radon, and radiological sampling programs for industrial, commercial real estate, and lender clients.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and holds a Engineering-In-Training (EIT) Certification.
