A properly conducted Phase I ESA protects the potential property owner from inheriting liability associated with hazardous substance on the site property or threatening the site property.

Aries’ Phase I ESAs include:

• Site inspection to visually & physically observe property for evidence of the possible presence of hazardous substances

• A site description based on Aries’ observations

If requested, Aries will conduct a hazardous building materials survey of the interior and exterior of all site buildings.
